New York Times:Nash Shows Young Guards His Way of Doing Things

On July first Steve Nash held a point guards basketball camp for the top 32 college point guards in the nation."He mainly went over the fundamentals, but he went over it in a way that I had never herd before." said Darren Collison, junior at UCLA. Nash displayed some of his many talents such as rolling of a pick, and the simple things such as cutting to the basket without the ball. " Its the little things that got me better", said Sherron Collison 5-11 guard out of Kansas University. D. J. Augustin, a 5-foot-11 sophomore at Texas says “He’s easy to talk to,” he said. “He’s not one of those superstars who has to walk around with a bunch of bodyguards around him. He’s just a regular guy, the kind of player who wants to be approached.” With that in mind the camp was a succes.
